Why it is that so many of us have to hit rock bottom before we are ready to ask for help?

That’s exactly what happened to me. One week after my divorce was final, my 16-year-old son was diagnosed with acute lymphoblastic leukemia. His doctors were giving him a 10 percent chance of survival.  Although I was raised Christian, I had not practiced my religion in any meaningful way since becoming an adult. But now, I prayed my heart out.

Since then, my life has taken on a whole new meaning. My son survived and I’m convinced that it was due to all of the many prayers that were said on his behalf throughout the country. That was the beginning of my deeper inner spiritual journey, and it has been filled with lessons and synchronicities that I never knew were possible.

Now I am able to share those lessons with a greater audience. I am a multi-faceted lifestyle coach, author, and speaker. I have an extensive background in the staffing and professional development industry having worked with numerous clients to help them achieve their desired career and lifestyle goals. My passion for empowering people to live their best lives led me to become a lifestyle coach and speaker on topics of self-actualization and personal transformation. I hold degrees in Communications and Organizational Management as well as certifications in Life and Executive Coaching.

In addition to my work in the lifestyle coaching realm, I am also an accomplished journalist, having written for several publications on a wide variety of topics. My media background, coupled with an expertise in coaching and my own life’s journey has enabled me to provide insight and guidance to countless readers and clients.
